Jake Shoop has yet to attend a Pirate game they haven’t won. They ought to put him on the roster right now. You know, slot him as a mini ball-boy or let him deliver cokes to thirsty players. They can’t afford to toy with such a force. Yet…they don’t seem to notice.
Hahaha. What a beautiful day for a game, yesterday was. Hopefully they win today. Jake won’t be there, though. So, I plucked a hair from his head and blew it into the wind, knowing it’ll settle in just the right spot, right behind homeplate, bringing good luck. I kid, I kid. Still, the Pirates should be made aware of things like this.
Baseball has not been very, very good to me. I’m glued to the Dallas Cowboy’s OTA reports right now, because in the universe there is no other sport than football, other than whatever my kids are into at the time.
Mark it down because you heard it here: the Cowboys are going the distance. As Hans and Franz would say, hear me now, believe me later.

If it would guarantee a winning season, I’d buy Jake season tickets. We SOOO need a winning season.

Scott–I have to disagree with your Cowboy prediction. I do agree that football is king, but it’s the Steelers who will win next year….
Struggling Writer–you are right! We need a winning season, very badly. I can only promise Jake will attend one more game this year so there’s got to be another good luck charm somewhere.
Judy–I don’t know the last time they had a winning season. I’m cringing thinking it was 1992…is that possible?
