I've been shot, hung, stabbed to death, fallen off cliffs -- you name it. I always wake up a little breathless, but very grateful to still be alive. I’ve always been amazed to hear people say that if you die in a dream, you really do die. What rubbish. I’ve been shot, hung, stabbed to death, fallen off cliffs — you name it. I always wake up a little breathless, but very grateful to still be alive.

Really, I've had sleep studies, and the results are normal, but I just pass out and wake up. Interpreting dreams is like interpreting tarot cards though. And I proved it by thinking of some random things and googling them, and yep. There's always a blog, somewhere, sayin what I'm sayin. I have extremely violent dreams, but typically I'm fighting or running, but as if my arms or legs are in sand and they just. can't. move. No big mystery what that's all about, I guess. I don't like those left-over visceral feelings from dreams. They're so disorienting. Yesterday I was thinking that it’s probably impossible to have an original thought. I've never heard of that one. I sometimes dream that someone is doing something I think is wrong, but no one else is the least bit concerned about it and they tell me I'm over-reacting.
